Tumble 'N Dry Australia uses Couriers Please and TNT via Temando to offer you an affordable and fast delivery service Australia wide. All International orders are shipping with DHL.

All orders that are placed Monday to Friday before 10am AEST will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 10am AEST will be processed and dispatched the following day. Orders placed after 10am AEST on Friday will be processed and dispatched the following Monday.

Domestic Shipping (within Australia)

We offer:

  • Free Express Shipping (1-3 Business Days) for all orders over $75 within Australia.
  • Orders under $75 have the option of a Flat Rate $10 (2-4 Busines Days)

Major Metropolitan areas will generally receive orders within 1-2 business days, for other regional areas and Western Australia it can take up to 4 business days.

All orders must be signed for, so please ensure there is someone available at the delivery address. If there is no one home or available to sign for the parcel the courier will leave a note and will either attempt to deliver it again. We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.


International Shipping

We use DHL Express (1-5 Business Days) to ship all our International Orders.

We offer a Flat Rate for all International Express deliveries:

  • New Zealand - $15 AUD
  • All other select countries - $30 AUD


International Customs Duties

You are responsible for assuring that the product you purchase on Tumble 'N Dry Australia ( can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees levied by the destination country.

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, custom duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we are not liable for these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
