Sign in to your account to restore items in your shopping bag from when you were last signed in.


To make your shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible, we have provided the instructions below for returning goods.

1. Log in to your Account.

2. Go to ‘My Orders’ and select the order you want to return by clicking ‘View Order’.

3. Click ‘Return’ (located at the top left hand side). Select the item you want to return, choose your resolution preference (Exchange, Refund, Store Credit) along with the item conditions and your reason.

If you have more than 1 item to return please click ‘Add Item To Return’, then click ‘Submit’.

4. Please print out your Returns Confirmation email (sent to your nominated email address) and send this
with your returned goods.

6. Please ensure your goods are packed in such a way that they won’t be damaged during transportation.
Any returns shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

8. We will inspect your products in order to determine whether they meet our conditions.

9. We strive to return your payment or item(s) within 14 days after receiving the package in our



• Online returns will only be accepted after they have been announced on our website (as above description) within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately we are unable to accept products which have exceeded the 14 days or products that were not purchased from our website (

• The returns form should be completed; half completed forms will not be accepted, in this case you will be notified by email.

• The items(s) should be intact with the original labels attached.

• The items(s) should be in the original packaging.

• The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We are not liable for lost items or items damaged during transportation.

• Should you receive an item in a less than perfect state, please report it to our Customer Service as soon as possible.
